A favourite foot soak for a cold February day
You’ll need:
-Few springs of fresh rosemary
-A couple of slices of fresh ginger
-A handful of dried juniper berries
To prepare:
-Squeeze and rub the rosemary to release its oils.
-Chop the ginger, no need to peel
-Gently crush the juniper berries a little
-Put all the ingredients in a large bowl and cover with boiling water. Allow the water to cool to a safe temperature, the temperature of a warm bath that you can comfortably put your feet in.
Then it is ready to put your feet in and enjoy 😊
