Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, here's how we'll make it easy.

Standard Products 30-Day Returns

If you're not completely satisfied with any standard product purchased from our website, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund - no questions asked. This applies to all ready-made skincare, aromatherapy, and spa products in our collection.

To be eligible, items should be returned in their original condition and packaging where possible. To start a return, simply contact us at hello@waterandfoliage.com with your order number and we'll guide you through the process.

Please note that, unless the product is damaged, faulty or incorrect, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving your return.

Personalised & Bespoke Products 

All personalised and bespoke formulations - including custom consultation blends, made-to-order skincare, and any product created specifically for you are non-refundable and non-returnable. As these products are formulated exclusively for your individual needs, they are exempt from the standard right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (Schedule 3, Regulation 28).

If you have any concerns about your bespoke product, please reach out, we're always happy to discuss your experience and offer guidance.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return postage where applicable.

Gift Cards

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
